Step 1 - Free Consultation

 You NEED a virtual assistant to take over various web-related services! Use this free e-consultation to see if we are a good fit. Together, we'll discuss your needs and come up with a rate plan  customized specifically for YOUR project and budget.

Step 2 - Paperwork


Once we decide to partner together, you receive a New Client Guide from us to begin your on-boarding process.

The New Client Guide includes: 

  • Confidentiality + Non-Disclosure Agreement 
  • Tips on how to work best with your Assistant
  • Our proprietary assessment to help us match you with the Assistant that will fit your working style

Once this information is remitted, we make the introduction to your new Assistant within the day.

Step 3 - Send Tasks


You are assigned to a Assistant.

Your Assistant will check in with you daily (or as frequently as you wish). You communicate using any channel you wish (phone, e-mail, text, etc.) Send us a task(s) -- and consider it done!

Step 5 - Evaluation

We want to proactively check for opportunities to add value to your tasks and strategic delegation process. We will check in with you on a regular basis to document any important future milestones. Internally, we will be monitoring performance reports and feedback looking for trends and opportunities to identify new tasks that you can delegate to your Assistant.
